According to Met Éireann, Monday will start off dry, and there should be warm sunshine in parts of Connacht and Ulster.
Rain may develop through areas of Munster and Leinster as the day progresses, but will float around 16 degrees, so not too bad.
Meanwhile, temperatures as high as 22 degrees are anticipated in northern parts of the country.
Tuesday again will see northern areas potentially enjoy highs of 21 degrees, but the majority of the day is set to be overcast and rain is a possibility in southern and eastern counties in the afternoon.
Wednesday is much of the same, in terms of cloud and rain, and it will be slightly cooler, with temperatures set to peak at a very decent 18 degrees.
The working week will end with similar temperatures on Thursday and Friday, but there should be brighter spells of sunshine mixed in with the cloud.
They're baby steps toward a nice summer, so we'll happily take it.
