In total, nine Dublin restaurants have been included in the prestigious guide. These include:
- Chapter One
- Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud
- L’Ecrivain
- Etto
- The Pig's Ear
- Pigeon House
- Pichet
- Delahunt
- The Greenhouse
This year will be particularly sweet for the fresh entries on the list, including; Greenhouse, Pigeon House and Delahunt.
