While many of us would imagine that our best sex happens in our promiscuous twenties or early thirties, new research suggests that this may not be the case.
According to a survey conducted by online platform Happify, the majority of people in their fifties and sixties agree that they had their best sex in their forties, specifically age 46.
However, interestingly, 46% of respondents said that their best sex was with their current partner, no matter what age they were.
There were plenty of other juicy sex facts gleaned from the research, including the fact that cuddling after sex is actually more important to men than it is to women.
