This Wednesday is International Nachos Day. Yes, that is actually a thing and why shouldn't it be, nachos are pretty darn great.

So to celebrate this fantastic day, we've decided to put together a list of our favourite Mexicans... because that's where nachos are from and because Googling pictures of Salma Hayek is a great way to spend any afternoon.
