It ain’t easy being green….
Much like your first beer or the first time you have sex, your first spliff can be an odd experience: yes it can be exciting, but you don’t really know what you’re doing, you can easily mess up, and one way or another, the experience is over before you know it.
That’s why so many people were impressed by the advice found on the back of some joints from an Amsterdam coffee shop.

Of course, weed isn’t legal everywhere, so we’d encourage you to go to Amsterdam if you want to take heed of this advice.

Not to mention a few bits of legal advice about smoking marijuana through legal methods – never off the street and don’t take it out of the Netherlands.
Our favourite? The first tip: “smoking a joint does not solve any problems.”
When you consider the amount of tourists that travel to Amsterdam to try out their coffee shops, it’s admirable the store is taking a sensible approach to helping newcomers. The type of sensible advice an older sibling would give you, rather than a disproving parent.
