The winner will be announced at the World Travel Awards Grand Final on December 2.
Dublin’s Guinness Storehouse and Titanic Belfast have been nominated in the World’s Leading Tourist attraction category at the
World Travel Awards, which will take place in the Maldives in December.
Titanic Belfast was
named as Europe’s leading tourist attraction at one of a number of World Travel Awards regional events in September, an award that
the Guinness Storehouse claimed in 2015.
Both attractions have been nominated for the big prize at the Grand Final, alongside six other attractions; Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, Intramuros in the Philippines, the Las Vegas strip in the US, Machu Picchu in Peru, Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania and Sugarloaf Mountain in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (not Wicklow).
Visitors to the World Travel Awards website can cast their vote
here and there’s plenty of time to do so ahead of the Grand Final in the Maldives on December 2.
