Video: A GoPro on the back of a hunting lioness is every bit as class as it sounds

This video is shot in South Africa and shows a lioness named Meg hunting down her prey.

The guys at GoPro really are marketing geniuses…

In a scene similar to controlling the dog in Call of Duty: Ghosts, we get to see first person footage as a lioness tracks, stalks and hunts down a waterbuck. This video, which was shot in South Africa, shows a lioness named Meg hunting down her prey.

The lioness had a GoPro attached to its back by conservationist Kevin Richardson who deals with wild lions on a daily basis and is confident enough to approach the dangerous animals. He has produced videos in the past of himself playing with lions (see here), and we use the term playing very broadly in this sense.

All we know is, we wouldn’t get out of the car if there was a nasty dog on the loose, but this man is confident enough to approach the lioness while she is choking the life out of her prey… he is a far stupider braver man than us.

Check out the incredible video below…
