VIDEO: All nights out in the pub should end with a haka, just like this one

A different sort of dancing

A different sort of dancing.

The Rugby World Cup has treated us to some brilliant action on the pitch already but once again, the haka is even more prominent with New Zealand and the Pacific Islands all taking part.

The traditional ancestral war cry/dance has even managed to make its way to Supermac’s in Kildare but JOE readers Lorcan Rooney and Sam Griffin have brought another brilliant version to our attention.

The two lads are currently studying in St Michael’s College, Dublin and are playing a few matches against Tauranga Boys College from New Zealand.

It seems that the Kiwi rugby players decided to treat the patrons at Wetherspoon’s , Dún Laoghaire to their own rendition of the haka as they watched on in awe.

Cheers to Lorcan Rooney and Sam Griffin who sent these pics our way. If you have a photo, video or story you think we’d like, send it to us on Twitter, Facebookor [email protected].
