The latest Bud Light advert leads us to believe that the company’s beverage is the perfect beer for when you somehow find yourself in a limo with Reggie Watts and some bachelorettes, then get styled by Minka Kelly, before Don Cheadle, a llama named Lilly, and the identical twin of the girl you just met take you to a party, where you defeat Arnold Schwarzenegger in a sudden-death ping pong match, that puts you onstage with One Republic…
Why does it lead us to believe all that? Well, because that’s exactly what the advert is about. It starts off with one unsuspecting bloke named Ian who has absolutely no idea of what’s in store for his night out, but he’s quickly whisked away in a massive stretch limo for a night he’ll never forget. Neither will we, mainly because we’ve never been this jealous…
All in all, the ad, titled ‘Ian Up For Whatever’, is pretty epic and a lot of planning obviously went into it to ensure Ian had the night of his life. Having said that, it’s going to be hard to beat Budweiser’s ‘Puppy Love’ ad.
