Video: Croatian driver accidentally drives off raised drawbridge

This looks particularly painful, but pretty fun at the same time…
A 58-year-old woman from Šibenik in Croatia recently pulled off a Hollywood style jump off a raised drawbridge and luckily for us internet users, it was all caught on camera. Thankfully, the woman wasn’t injured in the incident, which occurred around 9am last Monday on the Tisno Bridge. However, the woman was fined a whopping 250 kuna for her Hollywood jump, which equates to just €32. According to CroatiaWeek.com, Šibenik police spokeswoman Marica Kosor confirmed that the woman in question was fined for driving off the bridge, which had been raised to a height of 2.5 meters. Apparently, the woman, who has not been named, claimed that glare from the sun blinded her at the time and she didn’t realise the bridge had been raised up.
