We've already reported on a pretty brilliant horse-related story earlier, when an eager racing fan in Tipp was taken clean out of it by a passing horse, and this one is just as good in its own special way. This very short, but unforgettable clip appears to show a man in Dublin cycling on a busy road, which is normal enough, but he's also multi-tasking by taking a horse for a walk outside, which, can be safely described, as most abnormal.
