This guy is the walking definition of 'balls of steel'.

Watch the highs and lows of Guerlain Chicherit’s failed ‘Longest Ramp Jump’ world record attempt in this beautifully shot GoPro documentary.

On March 18 earlier this year, the French freestyle stunt driver, former Dakar rally driver and the only person to successfully backflip a car, Guerlain Chicherit, attempted to break the world record for the ‘Longest Ramp Jump’ in a car which stands at 101m.

Unfortunately for Chicherit, his modified Mini Countryman landed nose first into the landing ramp in one truly horrific-looking crash.

Thankfully, Chicherit was able to walk away from the ball of twisted metal that was once his modified Mini Countryman with only minor injuries. We think you’ll agree when we say, this guy is the walking definition of ‘balls of steel’.

Now you can get an up close and personal look at the build up to the record attempt along with the crash, all of which was captured using GoPro’s HD HERO3+ camera.

You can check out JOE’s original story of the crash, which we featured back in March, over here.
