Jimmy Kimmel set up a barber’s chair on the streets of LA and offered free haircuts to folks and first up was a man called Diarmuid Higgins from Offaly.
Diarmuid goes on to tell Kimmel that he is San Diego for three months so we think it is safe to say he is on a J1 and that he now has a great story to tell everyone in college when he gets home.
