One of life’s simpler pleasures is winding up your mates with a clever prank, but as you jokers know, there’s a subtle art and skill that’s required to execute the perfect bit of mischief.
JOE reader Barry Clohessy knows the score. He decided to make his housemate’s remaining time in Sligo as memorable as possible, by filling his room with 200 inflated balloons.
Barry tells us that he waited until Martin was out at work before tirelessly blowing up 200 balloons to ‘welcome’ back his tired roommate.
“I was home a few hours before him and and decided to put almost 200 balloons in his room. I thought seems his days wasn’t going particularly well this was going to either make or break him. It made him to be fair, but the best part is he asked did I use a blower upper rather than a pump to blow up the balloons! It’s just a minute of pure gold”, he says.
