Friend of JOE Anastasia Ashley knows how to make a good
Instagram pic as well as a
decent YouTube video, and she's back with another of her getting through her morning workout on the beach.
Obviously, it's hard graft, but that's what keeps her in such great shape for all the surfing that she has to do. Good form on the leg lifts, we must say.
Now, before you say anything we have indeed spotted that she's doing an ad for an iPod/iPhone case, but still we're not complaining, just look at that sunrise! Or sunset...we're not sure what time it is over in wherever it is in America that she lives since the hour changed a few weeks back. So they're four hours behind and we're...carry the one...it's possibly the future but it could be the past either...where are we?
