Video: Hyundai sets World Record by using 11 cars to send message to space

Now this is very cool

Oisin Collins

How do you get a message to the International Space Station?

You could rock up to the guys at NASA and ask them to use their space phone and/or their Gmail messenger, or you could ask the guys at Hyundai to use 11 of their slick looking cars to write a giant message in the desert that’s visible from the ISS.

Granted, the first option might be a tad easier, but the second sounds like much more fun.

Recently, Hyundai set an official Guinness World Record for ‘The Largest Tire Track Image’ and it was all for one girl from Texas called Stephanie.

Stephanie’s father is an American astronaut who spends a lot of time away from his family working away in space. That means Stephanie doesn’t always get to talk to her father, unlike most kids her age.

So Hyundai sent 11 Genesis’ out into the desert to help get Stephanie’s special message to her dad.

Check it out…

How cool is that? You can read more about this incredible story over at amessagetospace.com.
