This is why a lot of people have dash-cams in Russia.
There are a lot of bad drivers out there, but judging by this video there are a lot of bad pedestrians out there too. The clips, which are mainly from Russia, have been recored over the past year and it looks as though a lot of the incidents are actually done on purpose for insurance fraud reasons.
Be warned, the incident recorded around the 1:30 mark is pretty shocking…

While a lot of the clips make the pedestrian look like they’re trying to scam an innocent driver, there are a few incidents where the person is obviously drunk or just stupid.
