A driver in Taiwan had a very close brush with death after a giant boulder rolled down the mountain side, with a dashcam there to capture the dramatic footage.
Tropical Storm Kong is causing severe flooding in parts of the country and this incident occurred along the country’s northern coast and the clip shows a boulder seemingly appearing out of nowhere before sitting upright on the road.
Thankfully nobody was injured as all the cars escaped serious damage, while you can see the boulder move on top of the mountain at the very start of the clip.
Kong-rey is the 12th monsoon of the season in Taiwan and yesterday morning a train derailed after encountering a landslide, injuring 12 passengers.
Scary stuff indeed.
