VIDEO: Irish family make the most of an empty Dublin Airport with an impromptu ‘Row Your Boat’

Dublin Airport

Starting the holiday shenanigans early at Dublin Airport.

The Irish, you can’t bring them anywhere even before you attempt to bring them anywhere.

Caitlyn Ryle was travelling to Bulgaria with 15 members of her family when they decided to make the most of an empty concourse.

There’s something about an airport that brings out the inner messer in the average Irish holidaymaker.

Who will forget the impromptu trad session that broke out in Newcastle last year?

They broke out the guitar, a lute (we think) and a bodhrán to treat the waiting terminal to a traditional Irish sing-song over on Tyneside.

The crowd got very involved as they played ‘I’ll Tell Me Ma’. You can even see passengers driving from other destinations arriving in the terminal and getting involved.

What can we say? We get bored easily.
