Now here’s a prank we can all enjoy… except for the victim, obviously.
JOE reader Kris Cowming sent us in the following video that features his brother Aaron falling for the mother of all pranks: A fake ‘winning’ scratch card worth $5000.
Speaking to JOE, Kris said: “At Easter dinner today at home [in Dungarvan], I gave my brother Aaron a fake American scratch card, but I convinced him that anything he won could be converted to euros.
“His reaction when he realises it’s a prank is priceless. As you can see April fools is a week long tradition in our house…”
We can’t help but feel sorry for poor Aaron. We’re sure he had the money well and truly spent before realising it was all just a big Easter Sunday ruse.
