Our desire to suddenly drop everything and leave the country for a little while has increased tenfold after watching this.
We don’t consider ourselves the jealous types in JOE Towers, but it’s hard not to become green with envy when deadly GoPro compilation videos of young Irish lads enjoying themselves in far away places appear on our radar, as they do every now and again.
The latest effort was sent our way by Dillon Mack, who headed off to south-east Asia for six weeks with a few friends earlier on this year and will forever be able to re-live the experience having captured some of the highlights on a GoPro Hero 3.
The lads started off in Bangkok, took in the full-moon party in Koh Phangan and went elephant trekking in Chang Mai before making their way to Vietnam, heading to Ho Chi Minh City via Halong Bay and Hoi An. Not a bad itinerary we think you’ll agree.

Judging by the video at least, there was plenty of fine weather, a lot of new friends made, no shortage of partying and bit of Thai boxing thrown in along the way and it’s a fine memento to have of what must have been the experience of a lifetime.
But hey, we’re not jealous; we’re not jealous at all.
