We’re not sure how she did it, but YouTuber Emma Jay somehow convinced her poor mother to taste a spoon of wasabi paste on camera.
Wasabi, as you probably know, has an extremely strong flavour that’s kind of like hot mustard but even stronger.
It was Emma’s mammy’s first time tasting it, here’s how she got on.
