Video: Irish man falls for the classic ‘clingfilm over the pint’ prank but his response is gold

It’s a well known fact you should never touch another man’s pint but there are times when it’s ok to make an exception to this most golden of golden rules.

JOE reader Jonathan Rabaey Corbett‎ sent us in this video of him perfecting an absolute classic prank on one of the local patrons in the bar that he manages, Faffa Considines in Ennis, Clare.

The setup is just perfect because I can only imagine that Jonathan had a very narrow window of opportunity to wrap the head of the glass in clingfilm before the unsuspecting patron returned to his seat.

Try not to laugh at the poor man’s reply as he goes for a sip. The sheer futility and anger in his words “Johnny, I’ll fu**ing shoot you, ya bastard” as he struggles to free his pint is wonderful.
