Do you know your Irish legends?
We’ll name a few and give you a minute to see what you can remember from your primary school days…
- Fionn Mac Cumhaill and The Salmon of Knowledge (something to do with a fish and a thumb)
- The Children of Lir (Swans and an evil stepmother)
- The Legend of Cúchlainn (a fairly decent hurler)
- Oisín in Tir na nÓg (a truly terrible timekeeper)
