Niall Donnelly was in hospital this week and he unwittingly created what we think should be a viral video. The Dublin man was hooked up to a gas anesthetic machine and was totally out of it when the good stuff started to come out of him. Niall's laugh is hilarious by itself, but when he started talking like Conor McGregor and rapping... it went to a whole other level.
