People stare at each other. And that's it.

We're sure that the nice people at FACTS - who shot this video - had a point in mind when they decided to get eight strangers to stare at each other for four minutes, but they forgot to make it. Thoughts that occurred to this JOE while watching it... 1) Who will be the first person to stick their tongue out and make the other person laugh? 2) What does the winner win? Or is there a winner? 3) Who has the nicest eyes? 4) Is there a hidden meaning in this that we're missing, a la The Sopranos' final scene? 5) I really like Viscount biscuits.
