The fastest man on the planet came to a standstill to watch Rihanna dance, and he shared the footage for everyone to see
Just like JOE, it seems that Usain Bolt is a big fan of Rihanna and her dance moves, after the two met up at an after party recently.
It seems that Bolt was pretty transfixed by the moves that Rihanna was showing, so he duly decided to record a bit of footage to share the love.
Unlike Bolt, JOE is neither at a Rihanna after party or the fastest man on the planet, but we definitely agree with him on this one.
