Looper actor Joseph Gordon Levitt took some time from being a movie star to team up with Murray on Sesame Street
By Genna Patterson
Joesph Gordon Levitt put his teaching skills to practice in Sesame Street as he teamed up with Murray for a word lesson. Levitt made the cameo appearance to teach viewers about the meaning of ‘reinforce’ by allowing Murray to hit his watch with a hammer.
The actor has recently starred in Lincoln, Looper and Inception as well as The Dark Knight Rises; however he seemed just as happy to help Murray out on the famous long-running children’s TV show as he was to star alongside Bruce Willis or Christian Bale. Sesame Street has run for an incredible 43 seasons since 1969 and continues to get high ratings.
Levitt posted on Twitter that it was a “Dream come true,” and is one of a number of actors to try their hand at a cameo on the show. Eva Longoria, Mila Kunis and Zac Efron have all stared on the show too.

Fair play Levitt, you may have just ‘reinforced’ our faith in you.
