VIDEO: Kodaline singing Fairytale of New York to two huge Irish crowds will give you goosebumps

Great stuff

Colm Boohig

Fantastic.

You know it’s Christmas time when Fairytale of New York starts playing, and one of the greatest Irish songs ever was covered by one of Ireland’s great modern bands this week in Kerry and Dublin.

The crowd at the INEC in Killarney were treated to a fantastic rendition of the Christmas classic, sent into us by JOE reader Jenny Grennan.

Take a gander.

Keith O’Connor also sent this in, with the Dublin band repeating the quality cover at the 3 Arena, and they were even joined by Hudson Taylor, Gabrielle Aplin and Little Hours for the performance.

Magical stuff.
