Opening next year in North Carolina, the Fury 325 promises to be one hell of a ride.

A theme park called Carowinds in the US is preparing for a very slick new addition to its list of attractions. Early next year thye will open a new roller coaster called Fury 325 and this week they released a virtual video of what the ride will be like.

Reaching a height of 325 feet, the drop from that dizzying altitude is a staggering 81 degrees, or as close to a straight drop as you’ll get.

In the procees speeds of 95mph will be reached and the total distance of the track is 6,602 feet, just over 2kms.

With deeply banked turns the real thing will take almost three and a half minutes to complete when it opens.

If anyone at Carowinds wants to ask us over, we’ll make sure we’re free.
