This one goes out to all fans of cartoons from the late '80s and early '90s.
As iconic cartoon theme tunes go, DuckTales might not be as memorable as say, Captain Planet, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or James Bond Junior, but it would still be very, very popular amongst the many of us who grew up in the late '80s and early '90s and spent the majority of that time watching cartoons.
How do you improve upon a classic theme tune like that? Why by recreating it with real ducks, of course, some of whom even appear to be lip-syncing the words to a song that depicted the wonderful lives of Scrooge McDuck, Huey, Dewey, Louie and friends.
If we had any reservations about the new version, the mid-song key change - crucial to all theme tunes of the era, of course - doesn't appear to be quite as seamless but apart from that it's a worthy sequel to a brilliant original, which we're sure you're going to want to listen to one more time...
