The incident occurred earlier this week in the Shchyolkovsky District of Moscow and judging by the pedestrian’s reaction he suffered one fairly nasty bruised leg.
Even though the cop was completely in the wrong, we have to give him some credit for getting out of his car to see if the pedestrian was okay. He could have easily driven off. It is Russia, after all.
