When it comes to making us chuckle during the ad breaks, Snickers are well ahead of the game.
We all remember the classic “I am batman” advert and, for their “you’re not you when you’re hungry” campaign, we’ve already witnessed stars such as Rowan Atkinson, Betty White and Liza Minnelli make us laugh.
Believe it or not, they’ve managed to top all of those names by getting one of the biggest movie icons of the 1980s involved: a beloved Gremlin.

Gremlins was, quite literally, the movie of JOE’s childhood, so you can imagine how excited we were to see this.
That movie taught us so many life lessons, such as pets are a huge responsibility and all inventors are a little crazy.
It also taught us something else about life when we first saw Phoebe Cates, but we won’t get into that right now.
Now as grown ups, those blood-thirsty tykes have one more nugget of wisdom to pass on…
