While paddle boarding off the coast of El Porto, California, this bloke got the shot of a lifetime when a great white shark swam right under him.

This incredibly lucky surfer by the name of Mike Durand recently decided to go in search of great white sharks off the coast of California, but he probably didn’t expect to get as close to one as he did… Skip to the 0:40 mark to see the great white in question. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RlflrYuMK7Q The large shark swims right under his surfboard, which leaves Mike shaking like a leaf. In fairness, we wouldn’t blame him. Mike actually left some words of advice over on YouTube: “It's all fun until someone loses an eye, (or leg).” Keep that in mind the next time you decide to go searching for great white sharks.
