Strange commercial alert…
The Mercedes-Benz lads out in Japan love doing commercials featuring gaming icon Mario and his trusty go-karts ever since the motor was added to the Mario Kart 8 line up. They’ve managed to bring him to life in their two latest commercials to advertise their GLA and the results are… well, they’re just weird.

They didn’t stop there though. This next one features Princess Peach and it ticks all the weird boxes.

It had the potential to be a truly epic bunch of commercials, but it seems that they have erred on the side of oddness. Thankfully, they didn’t go too far (see below).
