VIDEO: There appears to be a camel on the loose in Belmullet

Would anybody like to venture a guess as to where this fella came from?

It’s been awfully sunny across Ireland these past few days, but we didn’t know that our climate had changed drastically enough that camels had set up shop here.

Nevertheless, the evidence from Belmullet, Co. Mayo quite clearly proves that Ireland is no longer but home to just foxes and squirrels but also camels.

Luckily for us, the camel appears to be docile and was filmed having a nice stroll down on the hospital road. Still, if you do see the camel out and about, it’s probably best not to approach it unless you are an experienced handler of camels.
