Gross and disgusting as it often is, some people have an odd fascination with the more unusual capabilities of the human body. People that can, for example, stick something up their nose and bring it out through their mouth or other similarly strange sh*t will always find an audience. Somebody who can touch their eyeball with their own tongue certainly belongs in that category.
