VIDEO: This bartender can flip a pint of Guinness over his head and not spill a drop

Paul Moore

We’ll drink to this.

There are a certain set of skills that any good bartender must have and this really comes to the fore when dealing with Guinness drinkers.

Fans of ‘the black stuff’ are usually fussy when it comes to how their pint is being pulled because there’s a subtle art to the process. I’m sure that quite a few bartenders around Ireland will have a few stories to tell about Guinness drinkers.

Aside from a decent ability to pull a pint, there are other attributes that make a great bartender. For example; patience when dealing with the public, a talent for chat and a friendly attitude can all help but a member of staff at Finnegans Pub in Hoboken, New Jersey has a skill that most bartenders would love to have.

Take a look as Russell Donnelly nonchalantly flips three pints of Guinness over his head before catching them without even spilling a drop. Impressive stuff.
