YouTuber ChSupercuts has created a compilation of 16 people who broke the cardinal rule (that we just made up) of laughing without using your face in the correct way.
These people are masters of their trade as they manage to laugh hysterically without showing one shred of emotion… just like a serial killer.
We are no strangers to creepy and wacky things on the net here in JOE Towers, but this particular video has left us feeling scared, violated and we have decided we are turning safe search on our computers back on.
