Dom Tower in Utrecht, which finished construction in 1382, is the tallest church tower in the Netherlands and stands at a staggering 112.5 metres in height overlooking the historic city.
So imagine what it looks like from the top when the city is shrouded in a low hanging cloud cover. Oh wait, you don’t need to imagine it, because YouTube user Overview has captured this stunning video overlooking the tower with the help of a drone.
Normally, we aren’t overly interested in all that scenic stuff but we thought this was really fantastic and well worth watching. It reminded us of Assassin’s Creed or some other computer generated scene as it looks to good to be real…
Apparently Overview waited a whopping ten months for just the right weather conditions to get the footage and all we can say is, it was worth the wait…
