To begin with, the ‘victim’ in this prank is Nick Santonastasso, an inspirational figure who was was born with Hanhart syndrome meaning he has no legs and just one arm.
Santonastasso does have a brilliant sense of humour though because he was game to be covered in blood and fake guts in an effort to scare the shite out of some innocent bystanders.
