We’ve all seen the fantastic John Lewis advert by now and we must admit, we didn’t think it would be topped this year.
But this effort from German supermarket Edeka may have just taken top spot on our favourite Christmas adverts list this year.
It starts off with a old man getting a phone call from his family informing him that they can’t make it for Christmas this year and they’ll try to make it next year instead.
The family then receive some tragic news… but there’s one final twist.
