Every man needs a beard and not just because they make you look awesome, improve your health and make you a better parent but because… okay, so that’s exactly why you need to grow a beard, according to this scientifically accurate video made by the guys at BuzzFeed.
You can’t argue with science. Well, you can, but people will start thinking your one of those crazy bible bashers.
So if you were planning on doing a little deforestation to your face this weekend you might want to reconsider for the good of your health.
