JOE is definitely guilty when it comes to saying 'Only in Russia' or 'Russians, a great bunch of lads', but after you see this compilation we're not sure what else we can say.
It features policemen smashing windwows, naked women riding Mercedes down a busy road and a man shooting a massive gun in to the sky in a crowded square.
