The incident occurs around the 1:24 mark when the bridge begins to rise for no apparent reason. Then, a large yellow dump truck rolls by and causes the bridge to sink, raising the water level and making the Ford Focus in front of the camera car completely buoyant.
The car is only a few feet away from being washed downstream and we doubt the ‘safety rails’ would have done much to stop it.
