Normally, Naas is known as “a nice place to shop,” but not today.
The pre-Christmas panic buying starts here.
Today sees a 40% off sale in the Smyths Toystore in Naas following a fire at the premises a month ago, and the size of the queue is bloody huge.
Kildarenow reports that people started queuing at the Globe Retail Park at 6am this morning, and the crowd when the shop opened at 9am was, quite frankly, barbaric.
Imagine being the last person in this queue. The horror.

We salute your patience, folks. No scrapping over the last Malibu Stacy now.
