Why is it that this video never made it to TMZ? This is what really happened…
Although they had absolutely nothing to do with it, we’re sure that Beyonce and Jay-Z would never have foreseen still being the centre of national attention two whole days after the last gig in the O2, but thanks to a ridiculously patronising report on entertainment channel TMZ, we’re still taking about them.
After iRadio DJ Cormac Moore came up with a brilliant response in a message left on the TMZ voicemail, we came across this video from the guys at College Times, who have footage of the actual reaction of two lads who happened to be in the Phoenix Park at the same time as two of the biggest celebrities in the world.
Granted, this might not have been what actually happened and Jay-Z and Beyonce might not have been present at the time, but it’s far closer to reality than what was suggested in the report on TMZ, who are the subject of a not so subtle dig at the end of the clip.
