Escalators have been so commonplace for years now that it’s hard to come across somebody who’s actually never used one before, but we’re pretty sure that the lady at the centre of attention in the video above is that person.
We’re not sure exactly where the footage was recorded but we do know that it is from 2012 and experienced a revival in popularity on viral site Liveleak again in recent days. Needless to say, you shouldn’t exactly try this on your next trip to the shopping centre, even if it does seem like tremendous fun all the same.
Unfortunately we can’t confirm whether or not the lady in the video made it to the top of the escalator safely, but her friend seemed to have grabbed a good grip of her at the bottom so we’re sure she was alright in the end.
Best just take the stairs next time, eh?
