WATCH: Elderly man wows passengers with harmonica on delayed Ryanair flight from Dublin

Ryanair

What a legend…

There are very few things more annoying than boarding a flight, and then sitting on the tarmac for what seems like hours due to a delay which is in no way your fault.

On a Ryanair flight from Dublin to Zadar in Croatia on Wednesday, passengers were informed that there would be a 40 minute delay due to air traffic issues in London.

Passengers let out a groan and resigned themselves to the fact that this was now their life, they would be stuck on the tarmac in the plane for all eternity… OK, we’re being a tad overdramatic, but it’s safe to say that nobody was too happy with the delay.

That was until an elderly gentleman took it upon himself to entertain some of those seated onboard with his dazzling harmonica skills and put everyone in a jovial mood.

With permission from the flight attendants, he performed for the whole plane in a video captured by fellow passenger Keith Loughnane.

Cheers to Keith Loughnane for sending this our way, if you have a story for JOE, get in touch here.
