Ben Farrell is a massive Batman fan who was diagnosed last Christmas with a rare form of kidney cancer known as Wilms’ tumour and his family are currently seeking donations for treatment in America, which will cost €260,000.
Irish comedian and impressionist maestro Al Foran decided to bring along a few special friends to audition for the much coveted role of Batman, and had an expert on hand to appraise the likes of Robert De Niro, Conor McGregor and Mark Wahlberg’s chances of getting the big gig.

Ben is a huge Batman fan, who, on Christmas Eve 2015, was diagnosed with a malignant tumour and has undergone kidney removal, along with numerous rounds of chemotherapy.
Ben’s mother and father are remaining hopeful and are currently conducting research into trial treatment in America, the cost of which is estimated at €260,000.
